The current team of New York Café and Restaurant has been recruited from different fields: some from the hotel and the restaurant businesses but some have also worked in event management. Everybody has brought his/her catering expertise, some from the kitchen while others from the floor. This variety of expertises is what the restaurant intends to benefit from, the Chef de Cuisine believes that only independent creative work, new ideas and innovation lead to excellence.
